A wave of new achievements in 1.3 is now officially available and 2 of them are Truthful Trailblazer and Hidden Harmony. You can only obtain one of those depending on your dialogue options, but only after completing all these missions below:

Truthful Trailblazer & Hidden Harmony Achievement
➥ After completing all missions regarding Todd Riordan, teleport to Central Starskiff Haven and go to the stool that Todd has sat on before. This time, you will find Cleo near the stool.
There are 2 options you can choose from after talking to Cleo: Hide what happened to Todd, or Tell Cleo the truth. I you choose to conceal the truth, you will get the achievement of ‘Hidden Harmony.’ But if you choose to tell her the truth, you will get ‘Truthful Trailblazer.’
Remember that you can only get either one of the achievements!
