Pretty weird title but even more weird actions need to be done in the game to get these achievements. You need to investigate all 20 trash cans in Administrative District to get these:
1. Trash Can Profile Picture
2. Don’t You Dare Waste It Achievement & Jim Roger Bread Soda Consumable
3. Sanctity of the Trash Can Consumable
4. Trash Consumable
5. Pleasant-Looking Trash Consumable
6. Diogenes’ Utopia Achievement
There is one blue star on the map above, and it will be explained at the last point in this guide.
Trash Can Profile Picture

➥ Keep interacting with this specific trash can to get the Trash Can profile picture. You can use this by going to Menu > Triple Dot > Trailblazer Profile > Profile Picture.
Don’t You Dare Waste It Achievement & Jim Roger Bread Soda Consumable

➥ Interact with this specific trash can near Tamila to get a hidden achievement ‘Don’t You Dare Waste It‘ and ‘Jim Roger Bread Soda‘ consumable. Once consumed, instantly heal a single ally by 100% of their Max HP.
Sanctity of the Trash Can Consumable

➥ Interact with this specific trash can to get a consumable ‘Sanctity of the Trash Can.’ Once consumed, increase the DEF of all allies by 20% in the next battle.
Trash Consumable

➥ Interact with this specific trash can to get a consumable ‘Trash.’ Once consumed, immediately causes a single ally to lose HP equal to 15% of their Max HP. Yeah, maybe don’t use it on anyone?
Pleasant-Looking Trash Consumable

➥ Interact with this specific trash can to get a consumable ‘Pleasant-Looking Trash.’ Once consumed, instantly recovers 4 Technique Points for the team.
Diogenes Utopia Achievement

➥ Once you interact with all 20 trash cans in Administrative District, you will get an achievement ‘Diogenes’ Utopia.’
Tips

➥ If you don’t know which trash can you had interact with, take a look at it clearly to see whether it has a shine or not. If the trash can is shining, that means you didn’t interact with it before. But if it’s not shining anymore, you already interact with it before.
➥ However! This excludes the specific trash can in the image above (which is the blue star in the whole map at the start of this guide). For some reason, this trash can keep shining whether you have interacted with it or not. Either it’s a bug or the developer just made it like this, we don’t know. Just keep it in mind.
