A hidden achievement, located in the Alchemy Commission. You only need to find a delivery package and meet the right person to deliver the package. By the end of the hidden mission, you will get ‘The Departed Is That Which We Impart’ Achievement.

➥ Teleport to Alchemy Commission Healer’s Market space anchor and head north towards the gate with many enemies in front of it.

➥ Once you reach there, you should be able to see a delivery package just before the gate that mumbles about Yongren. Investigate the package to uncover a cycrane that will give you ‘Yongren’s Documentation.’

➥ From the previous location, head southeast towards Yongren, Xianzhou Medicine Trader. Talk to him and choose the following options (I didn’t choose other options so it is unknown whether it will lead to a different ending or not):
1) I think these are yours…
2) Are you going to arrest me?

➥ He will bring you to a meet-up spot to find his contact, but he met with Jian Ming instead. Follow through their conversation and you will get the achievement by the end of it. There are dialogue options but I doubt these affect the ending, just in case, the following are the options that I chose:
1) You should give him a chance, Yong…
2) (Wait for Yongren to make his decision.)
