Memory Turbulence

➥ Summons a Trotter at the beginning of each wave or each cycle. The Trotter takes 200% more DMG from Basic ATKs and DoT effects. When defeated, recovers 2 Skill Points for all allies.

Team Recommendations

Node 1
➥ Recommended Elements: Ice & Physical
The most important character here is a healer who can remove debuffs on our character. The best would be Lynx as her Ultimate can remove debuff on all characters in our team, but she will only be available in Phase 2 of version 1.3. That’s why the next two would be Natasha and Luocha.

Node 2
➥ Recommended Elements: Imaginary & Wind
Try to bring all the Weaknesses that Yanqing is weak against because of one of his skills (will be explained in the Observation below). If not, then bring at least 2 of the Weaknesses, one of them being an Erudition or Blast attack.

Observation

Node 1: The Ascended & Silvermane Lieutenant

➥ Start the battle with either Physical or Lightning attacks. In this first wave, focus on the 2 Illumination Dragonfishes. Once the Dragonfishes is down and you bring AoE DMG dealer, focus on the Ascended and let the AoE DMG finish the Ballistarius down.

➥ You need a healer here because the Ascended has a skill (Black Prana’s Snare) that will inflict Prana-Siphon on your character. In simpler terms, it will reduce your team’s Max HP (you can see the grey bar inside your health bar in the image above), which will make your characters extremely vulnerable and really squishy at that moment. You can remove that debuff by cleansing it.

➥ In the second wave, instead of the Silvermane Lieutenant who can keep summoning more Soldiers, I still think that The Ascended is the main threat and should be focused first. Not only she can reduce your Max HP, but her Wind Shear debuff that can stacked is more dangerous than you thought. Sure, you can remove the debuff with a cleanser but you need to do it for everyone using Skill and that will be a waste of Skill Points (unless Lynx is out and we can use her Ultimate to remove debuff on all characters in our team). That’s why The Ascended need to go first before you can focus on the Silvermane Lieutenant.

➥ Silvermane Lieutenant loves to summon his lackey and use his Shield Reflect ability, which allows him to enter the Counter state. If you still want to attack him in this state, make sure your characters are shielded or have a full HP because the Pierce counterattack hurts a lot (for characters with low HP). Remember that the Counter state is irremovable.

Node 2: Cloud Knight Lieutenant: Yanqing & Voidranger: Trampler

➥ Start the battle with either Wind or Imaginary attack. The 2 Baryons are not really a threat and you can leave that to your Blast or AoE attacks to deal with them, while you focus solely on the 2 Voidranger Trampler.

➥ The Voidranger Trampler has the Spiral Arrow skill that will lock-on to your character. During its next turn, it will deal End of Bow, a massive Quantum damage, so make sure you have Shields on or use a taunt to redirect the attack. Another easy option is to inflict a Weakness Break to the Voidranger: Trampler while it’s casting so it will be interrupted and won’t be able to deal the End of Bow.

➥ The last wave features Yanqing, who can summon 4 Flying Swords with unknown Weaknesses and enter a Sword Formation mode. During this mode, Yanqing’s Toughness cannot be depleted and his SPD is increased. You need to destroy all the summoned swords to remove the Sword Formation mode.

One hit from the correct element is enough to destroy the sword

➥ Each sword has one Weakness only, and it can either be Wind, Lightning, or Imaginary (it’s completely random). You can find out which weakness it has by attacking the sword with the respective element. 1 attack of the correct element is enough to destroy the sword, so if you spam all your AoE/Blast attacks with the right elements here, you can easily destroy all the swords and remove the Sword Formation mode.
➥ But if you were only able to bring two of the mentioned elements above, you can destroy the sword manually using any other Element’s attack, but it will take a few attacks before being destroyed.

➥ After the Sword Formation is gone, you can focus on inflicting Weakness Break and defeating Yanqing. He doesn’t have that high of HP and DEF so the Sword Formation is the only important thing you should focus on (and his Ultimate that deals AoE damage but it took one turn to Charge so you still have time to Weakness Break it).
