Manuscript of Wisdom, Silence, and Delirium
➥ Teleport to Alchemy Commission – Healer’s Market space anchor and talk to Yuluo near the Dragon Tree in the center. Choose the option ‘Do you need to retrieve any books?’ and she will mention 3 different manuscripts that you can find: Manuscript of Wisdom, Manuscript of Silence, and Manuscript of Delirium.
Manuscript of Delirium
➥ For the Manuscript of Delirium, teleport to Divination Commission – Fortuna Augurstead space anchor and head northeast.
➥ You will see an Anxious Woman and a man laying on the floor. Keep talking to her and when they’re finally gone, I recommend you choose the option (Put it in your inventory just to be safe.)
Manuscript of Wisdom
➥ For the Manuscript of Wisdom, teleport to Aurum Alley – Cosmos Stree space anchor and keep heading north.
➥ Talk to the Cloud Knight Officer with a Diting until the end and you will get the manuscript. The dialogue options will not affect the ending.
Manuscript of Silence
➥ Teleport to Artisanship Commission – Elixir Research Terrace space anchor and walk southeast to the stairs that leads upwards.
➥ Talk to Xiaoyu and tell her you’re here to get the manuscript back. She will give it without any problem and you can return all of them to Yuluo.
➥ Talk to Yuluo near the Dragon Tree in Alchemy Commission and you need to give the manuscripts to her one-by-one. After that, you will get 20 Strales and 1 Praise of High Morale.
