Increases Hit rate, Enemies DMG taken when debuffed, and ATK. Hit rate is useful to keep her debuff uptime up.

Early thoughts and analysis
Silver wolf is a great debuffer with potential good nuke DPS. She is very flexible as her skill guarantees to at least make targets weak to at least one of your units elements. Each of her debuffs are useful as well, such as action speed delay and SPD debuff. The only caveat is her skill debuffs are rather RNG orientated and you may not get what you want when you need them in rare scenarios.
