Increases Hit rate, Enemies DMG taken when debuffed, and ATK. Hit rate is especially useful as Kafka’s kit needs DoT’s applied to the enemy to hit hard or even function well.

Early thoughts and analysis
Kafka needs a shock DoT team to do well. She also needs some of her Eidolons to unlock most of her kit potential. Landing multiple DoTs in a short amount of time has the potential to deal massive nuke damage, however this team set-up may be very skill point hungry.
