There are many achievements in Honkai: Star Rail version 1.5, I will divide the table according to each series. But the numbers will continue from each table so you can check the Table of Content for a specific achievement easily.
Important: This guide will be continuously updated until all achievements are updated with the correct descriptions and images.
Another important note: I started collecting these achievements after completing the latest Trailblaze Continuance mission. So if you follow the instructions but don’t get the achievement, you might want to start the mission first.

1) Orderly Entrance

➥ Browse the Guest Book for the first time. Go to Parlor Car and go to the Guest Book (you can see the icon on the map), it’s on top of the counter beside Omni-Synthesizer.

▌The Rail Unto the Stars

2) The Dangers in My Heart

➥ Explore supernatural events in Fyxestroll Garden with Guinaifen. Complete the new Trailblaze Continuance: A Foxian Tale of the Haunted and you will get this achievement by the end of it.
Rewards: Stellar Jade x10

3) Fluffy, Puffy Tail

➥ Collect ghost stories with the ghost-hunting squad. Complete the Trailblaze Continuance Mission: A Foxian Tale of the Haunted until you reach the point where Jing Yuan defeat Cirrus (basically everything lol).
Rewards: Stellar Jade x10

▌Eager for Battle

4) Even The Rich Are Starving

➥ Enemies with the “Usurp” anomaly failed to steal Skill Points 5 times when attacking. Usurp anomaly can be seen in Exorcismal Chronicle: Swallowsong Pavilion. All you need to do is let the enemies attack you when you have 0 Skill Points for 5 times, and then you will get the achievement.

5) The Real Exorcist

➥ Complete any Exorcismal Chronicle stages without taking DMG. The best stage here is any Exorcismal Chronicle with only one enemy per wave like Begone, Evil 1 and Begone, Evil 4. Then, use Suppression: Incarnate Morph to turn an enemy into Trotter and since there’s only one enemy per wave, they can’t even attack you when it’s their turn. You need to be careful when using the skill and only use it when the enemy turns to its original form again.

6) Ghosty Scythe of Vice

➥ Transform a Trotter into a Trotter with exorcismics. You can transform an enemy into a Trotter using the Suppression: Incarnate Morph Exorcismics. Choose that skill and enter any Exorcismal Chronicle – preferably with a lower amount of enemies so the same enemy will be inflicted with the Exorcismics skill and got turned into a Trotter.

7) Quintuple Savage

➥ Simultaneously trigger 3 or more “Quincunx Smite” and end the battle. Quincunx Smite is the 4th Exorcismics skill that you will unlock after completing the Investigation Assignment. This skill will inflict a Skyfire Curse on all enemies and will detonate if the target is attacked.

Since all enemies will be affected by the stacks, all you need to do is use Blast or AoE attack to simultaneously attack at least 3 or more enemies to detonate them. Then, finish the battle to get this achievement.

8) Inferno

➥ Have 4 Flamespawns simultaneously on the field during the “Illusory Maze: Cirrus” challenge. Enter the Begone, Evil (II) Stage in Suppression Tower: Verdant Terrace and keep attacking spawns that were NOT Flamespawns until all 4 enemies are Flamespawns.

9) Come Here! Now Go Away!

➥ Use Huohuo’s Technique “Fiend: Impeachment of Evil” and simultaneously cause 6 targets to flee. For this achievement, I entered SU Swarm Disaster > Adventure Domain where we need to capture Trotters. Then, use Huohuo’s Technique in the middle of many Trotters so all of them inside the AoE will be inflicted with Horror-Struck and run away. If you have other stage recommendations, feel free to share in the comment.

10) Knight of Beauty’s Self-Help

➥ Receive a Knight of Beauty’s help with Argenti in your active team in Simulated Universe

▌Moment of Joy

11) Mission Impossible?

➥ Defeat Phantylia with Huohuo’s Basic ATK “Banner: Stormcaller.” Huohuo is just a healer so her Basic ATK’s damage is very low. Fight Phantylia at the lowest difficulty and make sure she dealt the finishing blow to Phantylia.

12) Good Night Makka Pakka

➥ Enter a battle after using Hypnotic Hammer and have any character afflicted with Strong Reverberation. You can buy Hypnotic Hammer from Maozhen the Merchant Guild Member in Cloudford.

Then, enter the Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Darkness to fight a specific enemy that can inflict Reverberation on your character (Wraith Warden and Aurumaton Spectral Envoy). Don’t forget to use the consumable before entering the battle!

13) Who You Gonna Call?

➥ Win 1 battle(s) with a team comprising Huohuo, Sushang, Guinaifen, and Trailblazer
Rewards: Stellar Jade x5

14) Strategic Runaway

➥ Retreated from battle when all other team members apart from ally Huohuo have been knocked down. Doing with 2 characters does not count (ex: only Huohuo and Guinaifen in the team), don’t know about 3 because I didn’t try, but you’re confirmed to get it at 4 party members. Just add Huohuo and 3 other characters that you haven’t built yet, once they’re down, retreat the stage.

15) Meta-Guardians of the Galaxy

➥ Win 1 battles with a team comprising Argenti and Trailblazer

16) Call Me in Your Heart

➥ Triggered 10 unique voice lines when adding characters to a team with Trailblazer. First of all, make sure to add Trailblazer to your team. Then, keep switching characters so they will trigger their voice lines (characters only have voice lines for characters they have interacted with, like Gepard & Serval / Lynx & Serval). The achievement will not appear on the screen when you complete the requirement but will automatically added to your achievement list (I don’t know if this is a bug or it’s supposed to be like this).

17) Wormageddon

➥ Complete the Companion Mission “Night of Universal Hallucinations”

18) High Elder Here, Pay Up

➥ Receive a fraud message pretending to be from the high elder at Fyxestroll Garden. Go to the location above and you will see an option to scan a QR code using the Camera. Read the scam message received but don’t send the money.

Instead, send the message to Dan Heng and you will get this achievement.

19) Boo Ha Ha!

➥ Obtained 900 reward(s) from the child’s quiz in Fyxestroll Garden. Search for 4 heliobus (it’s actually the same heliobus but at different locations) in Fyxestroll Garden and follow its demand until the end and you will get this achievement.

The map above shows the location of Little Ghost in order. Make sure to follow the order and solve the puzzle (if there is any) until the 4th spot and you will get the achievement.

20) When Fingertip Sings

➥ Help the guqin heliobus to complete the composition. Investigate the guqin at the gazebo far southeast of Fyxestroll Garden. You will get a Guqin Recording and need to find a musician in Xianzhou Luofu.

Teleport to Exalting Sanctum > Synwood Pavilion space anchor and turn right (west) to find Gongyu – Folk Musician. Talk to her and she will give you New Guqin Recording.

Return back to the guqin heliobus in Fyxestroll Garden and you will get the achievement.

21) Mountain of Recto, Water of Verso

➥ Perform a duet of Wedding Wine with the Ghost Actor and deliver it perfectly. Head to the spot above in Fyxestroll Garden and investigate to spawn a ghost. On the first day, it will teach you how to sing. Then, wait until daily reset before interacting with the ghost again. Choose the right options (Option 2 > 3 > 4 > 1) and you will get the achievement. You can either get this achievement or #22 Apprentice, Disciple, and Renegade.

22) Apprentice, Disciple, and Renegade

➥ Perform a duet of Wedding Wine with the Ghost Actor and mess the lyrics up. Head to the spot above in Fyxestroll Garden and investigate to spawn a ghost. On the first day, it will teach you how to sing. Then, wait until daily reset before interacting with the ghost again. Choose the wrong options and you will get the achievement. You can either get this achievement or #21 Mountain of Recto, Water of Verso.

23) The Sorcerer’s Tombstone

➥ In Foxsomn Tomb, decipher the mysterious legacy on the tomb. Teleport to the location above and investigate the tombstone there. Choose the option ‘Wipe away the dust with your bare hand‘ and you will receive 1 Praise of High Morals.

After that, teleport to Aurum Alley Night Market space anchor and head north to Yancui – Spices Supremer’s Chef. Talk to her about the boxing technique and you will get this achievement.

24) Close My Eyes

➥ In Foxsomn Tomb, encounter the tombstone’s owner. Go to the spot above and you will see a tombstone that can be investigated.

After you investigate the tomb, investigate the one on your right (with the purple kites) until the end and you will get this achievement.

25) Legen… Wait for It… Dary!

➥ Obtain a golden reward in the new Celestial Jade gameplay mode! Complete the Investigation Assignment with the topic ‘Colleague suddenly feels like a totally different person…‘ until the end and you will play the game Jade Tiles where you need to open chests to get trash. Just play til the end and you will get the achievement.

26) Pale Fire

➥ Insist in taking the heliobus away despite Wenyuan and Ruoxi’s earnest pleas. Complete the Investigation Assignment ‘My neighbor’s dead wife seems to have come back‘ and choose the option ‘We can’t let Wenyuan wither away. Arrest the helibus.’ You can either get this achievement or #27 To Your Eternity.

27) To Your Eternity

➥ Choose to let the heliobus go amid Wenyuan and Ruoxi’s earnest pleas. Complete the Investigation Assignment ‘My neighbor’s dead wife seems to have come back‘ and choose the option ‘Let the heliobus go for now. It’s for the best…‘ You can either get this achievement or #26 Pale Fire.

28) To the World’s End

➥ Release Arkeri into the universe beyond after touring the Luofu with it. Start the Investigation Assignments with the topic of ‘Haunted photos! I keep getting stuff in my pics that shouldn’t be there.‘ By the end of this mission, there will be 2 options, and you can choose ‘Release them back to outer space‘ to get this achievement. You can either get this achievement or #29 Inhibitor Heliobae.

29) Inhibitor Heliobae

➥ Seal Arkeri within the suppression tower after touring the Luofu with it. Start the Investigation Assignments with the topic of ‘Haunted photos! I keep getting stuff in my pics that shouldn’t be there.‘ By the end of this mission, there will be 2 options, and you can choose ‘I shall obey the laws of the Xianzhou…’ to get this achievement. You can either get this achievement or #28 To the World’s End.

30) Hello, World!

➥ Make a post on the Ghostly Grove website. Once you start the A Foxian Tale of the Haunted event, your first task is to find Bailu. After that, you can publish a post about the case. Once you make a post, you will get this achievement.

31) Hello, New World!

➥ Gained 1.0M fans on the Ghostly Grove website. Keep completing Investigation Assignments and you will eventually reach 1M fans and get this achievement.

32) Seven Folios of Ether Opus

➥ Master all exorcismics. Keep completing Investigation Assignments and you will automatically gain all exorcismics skills.

33) War on Chessboard

➥ Complete all challenges in the Exorcismal Chronicle. Straightforward achievement; just complete all Exorcismal Chronicle in every difficulty (total of 20 stages) and you will get this.

34) Hunt Type Influencer

➥ Posted more “BREAKING NEWS” posts on the Ghostly Grove website. You can either get this achievement or #35 Enigmata Type Influencer, or #36 Elation Type Influencer, or #37 Well-Balanced Influencer.

35) Enigmata Type Influencer

➥ Posted more “Mythopedia” posts on the Ghostly Grove website. You can either get this achievement or #34 Hunt Type Influencer, or #36 Elation Type Influencer, or #37 Well-Balanced Influencer.

36) Elation Type Influencer

➥ Posted more “Hottest Scoops” posts on the Ghostly Grove website. You can either get this achievement or #34 Hunt Type Influencer, or #35 Enigmata Type Influencer, or #37 Well-Balanced Influencer.

37) Well-Balanced Influencer

➥ Posted an equal number of posts with different post styles on the Ghostly Grove website. There are 3 options to choose from when you’re posting something for its caption: Breaking News, Mythopedia, and Hottest Scoops. I choose each one of them in order every time I publish a post so you will get the achievement if you do the same. You can either get this achievement or #34 Hunt Type Influencer, or #35 Enigmata Type Influencer, or #36 Elation Type Influencer.

38) “Leave a Like!”

➥ Liked 15 post(s) on the Ghostly Grove website. You can like the post by clicking on the heart button on each post. You can get more posts by completing Investigation Assignments and proceed the Trailblaze Continuance Mission.

39) Clout Within Grasp

➥ Gave over 10 replies on the Ghostly Grove website. Keep replying the comments you received in Ghostly Grove. You can tell which comments can be replied with the tag ‘Someone mentioned you.’ The options doesn’t matter, there’s no right or wrong so just choose whichever you want.

40) Gathered Is Blazing Fire, Scattered Are Shining Stars

➥ Collected 24 dispersed heliobi with “exorcist cycrane.” You can only see the Cycrane puzzles on the map after hitting 1M fans in Ghostly Grove (just keep doing the Investigation Assignments). Once the gameplay is available, you can go to each cycrane puzzle and find the dispersed heliobi and you will get this achievement.

41) The Golem: How He Came into the World

➥ In Fyxestroll Garden, obtain a total of 9 “Pathfinder” rewards. Complete 9 Pathfinder puzzles in Fyxestroll Garden. Full guide can be seen here: All 9 Pathfinders & 9 Treasure Chests

42) Through the Narrows to Paradise Beyond

➥ Pass through the bronze mirror and obtain the treasure hidden on the floating island. I obtained this achievement after completing the Trailblaze Continuance mission. Enter the mirror again, and enter the mirror with green wisps floating nearby it TWICE, turn around and you will see a chest at the far end of the island.
