For the third puzzle, you will get an ‘Access Code for the “Chest”‘ and need to meet a certain NPC to get the treasure chest. Teleport to Starskiff Jetty space anchor in Central Starskiff Haven and go down the stairs that leads north. Talk to Ziqiao to use the item and get your treasure chest.

For the fourth puzzle, you can’t open the container unless you talk to a certain NPC. Teleport to Starwatcher Avenue space anchor in Central Starskiff Haven and head south until you see Yujin.
Talk to her until there’s an option “I’ll help “that teacher” with his fetch errand.” She will give you an outfit and you can go back to the container to open and get your treasure chest.
